Use of this website

The content of this site describes our sourcing and procurement services. It is provided for information and does not itself constitute an offer. Submitting the RFQ form or booking a call places no obligation on you or on us.

Quotations and orders

• Prices, lead times and specifications are binding only when confirmed by us in writing (email or signed quotation).
• Orders are governed by the written purchase order, proforma invoice or contract agreed for that transaction, including its incoterm, payment terms and delivery point.
• Requests for quotation that we send to suppliers are enquiries, not purchase commitments, unless followed by a written purchase order.

Confidentiality

Specifications, drawings and commercial information you share with us are used only to prepare your quotation and carry out your order, and are shared with suppliers only to the extent needed to obtain pricing. We are happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement on request.

Compliance

We act in line with applicable export control, sanctions and anti-corruption laws, and with the terms of the public tenders we take part in.

Liability

We take care to keep the information on this site accurate, but we make no warranty that it is complete or current. To the extent permitted by law, Muka Trade LLC is not liable for losses arising from reliance on the content of this site. Liability under a specific order is governed by that order's contract.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Contractual terms for individual orders may specify a different governing law and jurisdiction.
