Who we are
Muka Trade LLC ("Muka Trade", "we", "us") is a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, USA, with its registered office at 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, and operations in Kampala, Uganda. We source equipment, spare parts and materials for government, humanitarian and corporate buyers. You can reach us at info@mukatrade.com.
What we collect
- RFQ form: your company name, contact email and the description of what you need. The form is processed by Formspree and delivered to our mailbox.
- Call bookings: if you book a call, Calendly collects your name, email and chosen time under its own privacy policy.
- Email correspondence: when you write to us or reply to a request for quotation, we keep the correspondence, including any quotes, price lists and company details you send.
- Technical data: our website is hosted on Vercel and loads fonts from Google Fonts and styling from the Tailwind CDN. These providers may log your IP address and browser details as part of serving the page. We do not run advertising trackers and we do not set our own cookies.
How we use it
- To answer your enquiry, prepare quotations and carry out orders.
- To contact suppliers and partners about requests for quotation, and to keep a record of who we have worked with.
- To meet legal, tax and contractual obligations, including U.S. federal contracting requirements.
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers needed to run our business (email hosting, form processing, logistics partners) and with authorities where the law requires it.
Suppliers and partners
If we contact your business with a request for quotation, we use publicly available business contact details. Reply with "remove" or write to info@mukatrade.com and we will stop contacting that address.
Retention
We keep business correspondence and quotation records for as long as needed for the tender, contract and tax purposes they relate to, and then delete or anonymise them.
Your rights
You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to our legal obligations. Write to info@mukatrade.com.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the current version.
